Shipping & Returns

Most items are eligible for exchange or store credit. We do not give refunds unless there was a mistake made by our team during the fulfillment process.  

  • Return shipments must be received within 14 days delivery.

  • Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-returnable items: open items, used merchandise, seasonal, sale items

  • When exchanging an item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We will ship the replacement item at no cost to the customer.

  • Original shipping is non-refundable unless a mistake is made during order fulfillment.

  • Online returns may be made in-store.
