Most items are eligible for exchange or store credit. We do not give refunds unless there was a mistake made by our team during the fulfillment process.

Return shipments must be received within 14 days delivery.

When exchanging an item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We will ship the replacement item at no cost to the customer.
